HYDERABAD: Fasting Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS) chief Manda
Krishna Madiga has given a call to intensify the agitation in support
of the demand for classification of SCs.

Krishna Madiga, who refused to call off his hunger strike since no
specific date has been announced for the departure of an all-party
delegation to Delhi, to bring pressure on the Centre to introduce a
bill in Parliament for classification, wanted the MRPS activists to
organise road blockades from Thursday. He wanted presidents of MRPS
mandal units to go on fast from tomorrow. Krishna Madiga has demanded
that a bill seeking classification of SCs should be introduced in
Parliament in the winter session
